No, you want to read emails in silence — or with your background music. Fortunately, IncrediMail not only lets you add music to the emails you send, it also allows you to stop music in the emails you receive.
Stop IncrediMail from Playing Background Music
To prevent IncrediMail from playing background sounds in emails you receive:
- Select Tools | Options... from the menu in IncrediMail.
- Go to the General tab.
- Click Sound Settings...
- Make sure Never play background sound in received emails is checked.
- Click OK.
- Click OK again.
